As part of this headline deal, Spring will offer its fully-funded part exchange solutions and chain repair service to the Group’s Land and New Homes division, helping to supercharge sales and revenue for the Group across the country.

The partnership will enable Connells Group to offer Spring’s fully-funded part exchange solution and chain repair service to its developer clients, providing a truly one stop solution to drive sales for developers who don’t offer their own in-house part exchange.
Spring will purchase the buyers’ existing property, removing the hassle and delay of waiting to sell their old home and facilitating a smoother onward move.
