The average user within one of the app’s core areas will receive 4 independent valuations within just 8 hours. The app also provides the user with an average valuation of the ones received, all presented in a neat graph. This average valuation is consistently within just 5% of the eventual deal price, for both sales and lettings. The user can choose which agents to engage with and instruct.
