As the UK enters another lockdown, automated lettings platform PlanetRent has partnered with a leading legal firm to help support landlords with their legal requirements.
The partnership with LegalforLandlords will enable landlords to use the service to support them with their legal requirements.
The Warrington-based legal service has a strong in-house legal team but also offers services from their carefully-selected partners, which includes the Financial Conduct Authority and Equifax.
PlanetRent, which automates key processes in the lettings process such as compliance and marketing, has been developed in-house by residential property consultancy Ringley Group. The company manages thousands of homes across the country and has invested over £2 million in creating a suite of technological solutions for the residential market, including PlanetRent.
LegalforLandlords provide anything from basic legal support to advice on dealing with difficult tenants. With years of experience in evictions, rent and debt recovery, LegalforLandlords are perfectly placed to help landlords with any legal problems they may face.
The partnership with PlanetRent will enable landlords to directly access the LegalforLandlords offering in a seamless manner.
The announcement comes just a month after PlanetRent unveiled its partnership with The360View to offer virtual tours of rental properties.
All landlords that are signed up to PlanetRent can access these services on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley and creator of PlanetRent, said:
“We’re delighted to announce our partnership with LegalforLandlords, which will enable landlords to access legal advice for any problems they face.”
“Landlords and agents who use PlanetRent will be able to directly access the services of LegalforLandlords through our platform.”
“All landlords, whether large or small should always be able to access legal advice and support, and this partnership will enable landlords who use PlanetRent to use the services offered by LegalforLandlords.”
