RO Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has completed a new lease to NHS Shared Business Services Ltd (“NHS”) at its Southampton office development, Waterside Place, situated on the harbourfront at Town Quay.
NHS is the second tenant to take space in the newly refurbished Building 3 following the letting of the ground and first floors to EV Cargo Global Forwarding in February 2022.
They join a variety of other occupiers on the wider Estate including Faststream Recruitment; NMT International Shipping; and the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities.
NHS have signed a lease for a term of nine years on the second floor (5,415 sq. ft.) which leaves the third floor (5,266 sq. ft.) as the only floor remaining available.
Having undergone substantial refurbishment, the building benefits from a new air conditioning system, new lift, remodelled reception area, new shower facilities on each floor, contemporary outdoor amenity space, and bike storage.
There are a total of 12 parking spaces available with the third floor.
Consideration has also been given to a number of sustainability and healthy workplace initiatives which have resulted in the building being awarded a 2-star Fitwel accreditation.
RO Real Estate was advised by CBRE and Vail Williams, and NHS was advised by Vail Williams.
